So, I think everything has managed to calm down, and the girls and I are settling into a schedule.
I’ve completely switched from C25K to sprinting. I get such a burst of energy and I feel great afterwards.
I haven’t lost an ounce since I last posted, I think it’s because I’m eating too little and my metabolism is at a stop.
So, I’ve started myfitnesspal again. Counting calories, making sure I eat throughout the day.
I’ve been struggling emotionally, it’s hard to go back into your parents house after 7 years of being on your own. I am going to make a personal post on my progress blog about what has been going on. (And I’m adding progress pics) If you would like the password, let me know =)
